Founded in 2002,Zhejiang Daguanjia Property Management Service Co.,Ltd.is a professional shareholding property management service enterprisewith registered capital of 20,280,000 Yuan and the state first-level property management qualification. It is a chairman unit of Wenzhou CityProperty Management Association, Top-100 China Property Service Enterprise, Lucheng District Meritorious Enterprise, OutstandingEnterprise of Lucheng District Property Management Industry as well as Practice Teaching Base for Zhejiang Dongfang Vocational TechnicalInstitute.

 The company has passed ISO9001/14001/18000 Quality/environment/occupational health safety system certification. Currently, it is the largest property service enterprise in Wenzhou. In 2016, it established strategic partnership with Vanke Property and introduced “Farsighted Service” management system. 

 It manages more than 100 property service projects, nearly 10,000,000 property areas and over 3000 employees. With 3 affiliated subsidiaries and 8 branches, It runs more than 20 projects which have been awarded provincial and municipal level property managementmodel quarters.
